Sinestro #7 Review

on December 7, 2014

There’s another installment in the “Godhead” saga that John Stewart fans should check out; Sinestro #7. .Co is here to tell you how the issue turned out.

“A lot of the pieces in this grand game were moved in captivating ways this issue. What is Sinestro hatching with Bekka? What will Soranik ultimately choose to do with her place of acceptance in the Sinestro Corps? Will Soranik and John Stewart draw closer together, and how close, if so? Oa, by the way

Just something funny I saw on Twitter one day, which I can very much relate to!

Watch that guy get flamed for getting Rayner’s name wrong. Never seen anything funnier than a confession from a Jordan fan on tumblr stating that it pissed them off that most people though GL was black. LOL.

I have seen plenty of hilarious stuff around. I remember one particularly angry person who kept saying John Stewart doesn’t deserve his popularity. But really, it’s not like Hal Jordan wasn’t given chances. He was. Lots of them. His stuff just didn’t catch on.

Heads up–the three young actors I think should/could play John on film include: Sinqua Walls, Marque Richardson, and Brandon Bell; the latter will star in a 3 part SyFy event that debuts tonight called Ascension. The other two episodes debut tomorrow and Wednesday. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Going by looks alone, the last guy is really good, in my opinion. He reminds me of the Neal Adams art in the left of the banner of this website.

Agreed! He’s actually the one who will be in Ascension, which actually airs on 12/15, 12/16, and 12/17. He plays “Executive Officer Oren Gault, honest, confident and capable, who was born on the lower decks of the ship to maintenance workers, and must investigate [a] murder, a job for which Gault thinks he is wholly unprepared.” Sounds like he could be playing an inexperienced version of John, haha. Here’s the wiki for the show:
